[Admin] RIF telecon April 3 is cancelled

All,

To celebrate the publication of RIF Core WD1, the chairs decided to make 
Tuesday 3 April 2007: "RIF Core WD1 Celebration Day". The day will be 
devoted to celebrate, dance in the streets, chant, drink wine, beer or 
apple juice, etc.

Also, the exhausted but exhilarated chairs will be taking a celebratory 
vacation that week.

As a consequence, there will be no RIF telecon on April 3, 2007.

The next RIF telecon will be on Tuesday, 10 April, 1600 UTC.
