There is egg on my face as the old URL snuck into that previous message.
My apologies for the double message. The corrected announcement follows:

Hello everyone,

Comments on

  SPARQL Query Language for RDF
  http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-rdf-sparql-query-20070326/

are due to public-rdf-dawg-comments@w3.org by 18 Apr 2007.

In particular, we invite comments from the following groups:

  - the Rule Interchange Format (RIF) Working Group
  - the Semantic Web Deployment (SWD) Working Group
  - the Protocol for Web Description Resources (POWDER) Working Group

If your Working Group plans to review this draft, please let me know,
especially if you think you'll need more than three weeks for your review.

The RDF Data Access Working Group (DAWG) decided 20 March 2007
   http://www.w3.org/2007/03/20-dawg-minutes#item04
that it has a design that addresses its requirements[ucr] and has no
outstanding issues[issues].

Outstanding dissent remains on a number of requirements and design
decisions, as detailed in the issues list[issues].

Reminder: per the W3C Patent Policy[pp], Working Group participants
have until 2007-05-25, i.e. 60 days from the publication of the Last
Call Working Draft, to exclude any claims made essential by the Last
Call Working Draft not included in earlier drafts.
