For accessibility, each image in our publications need to have "alt"
text -- text which conveys the information in the image [1] [2]. I've
installed a patch to the wiki to allow people to provide this
information. For example:
[[Image(http://www.w3.org/Icons/w3c_main, alt=W3C Logo)]]
(as on http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/WikiSandBox but that's a bad
example -- in fact that logo should have blank alt-text.)
