No good reason. The web doesn't provide a good way to return stdout
and stderr, so I just kind of concatenated them. (And the syntax
errors are because the wiki is always coming up with new ways to emit
bad HTML.)

Absolutely. I'm a little hesitant to change an editor's draft without
checking with them first, though. There have been a few small changes
to the wiki since then -- I'm not sure whether to regenerate or edit
that version.
For some reason, the attachment also has a some injection_graph links at
the start of the <head>. I have no idea what those are, and they are
not in the wiki-tr output. Harold, Michael, ... ideas?
