PROPOSED: One document for the specification of RIF architecture,
principles and components, serving as a guide to the design of RIF
dialects (rif-arch; example of a possible outline, see [2]), plus one
document per dialect, specifying which components are used in the
dialect, the semantics it assignes to rules, dialect-specific
conformance rules etc (rif-core, etc).
- Continued discussion on slots and constraints, based on
contributions by Hassan [3], Michael [4], and Harold et al's draft [5]
