Homework for next RIF telecon

A little advanced notice so y'all have a chance to prepare for the
next meeting:

1) Most importantly we'd like to recruit 2-3 reviewers of the current
CORE draft, who are willing to provide some detailed feedback on both
form and content of the draft, to the editors IN ONE WEEK (ie by Feb
13). We need the quick turnaround so that the editors can respond to
the suggestions and freeze the draft a week before the f2f.

2) We also need 2-3 reviewers for the UCR document draft, who can
provide a review by the f2f.

3) We propose to close issues 5&7 (previous UCR reviews)

4) We need to discuss & decide what to say about OWL & RDF
compatibility in the 1st WD

5) We need to discuss what to say about asn06 in 1st WD. One of the
possibilities already mentioned is to formally define it in terms of
OWL or some other standard formalism.

6) We need to discuss what to say about the abstract syntax/metamodel
in the 1st WD. Possibilities include not mentioning it, making it
normative (in which case the mapping may need to be normative), making
it NON-normative and only making the XML syntax (generated from it)
normative, etc. Note that if the abstract syntax/metamodel isn't
normative, we may not need to worry about formally specifying asn06.

7) We should discuss the stripe skipping issue.

8) We should discuss the actual abstract syntax/metamodel.
