All, Due to the size of the WG, we cannot really do a roll call during the telecon, and we get the attendees list from Zakim. That may result in some attendees not being properly identified. When the scribe circulates the draft minutes after a telecon that you attended, check the list of attendees, and send an email to the scribe if your name is not listed. Be sure to check the list of unidentified attendants, too, and to tell the scribe which one is (most likely to be) you. For instance, 2 attendees at the Jan3 telecon still remain unidentified: +1.503.525.aabb and +39.0.aacc If you are not sure how to identify yourself to Zakim when joining the telecon, you may want to check the Zakim tutorial, section "Identifying participant" [1].
