Hi, This email gives you a couple of travel details that you might need for making your accommodation arrangements for the F2F3. You can contact me if you have questions or sugestions regarding the organization of F2F3 since Axel will probably not be able to answer you this week. *HOTELS* As you already know, there are a couple of hotels listed at http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/F2F3 for which we get special rates. Some comments follow. *Hotel Maestral:* the double rooms "single use" can be taken also by two persons in case you are accompanied by your girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/husband; in this case, the second person will pay 30 EUR (so, 110 EUR for a single person and 140 EUR for a couple). The typical double rooms (with park view) have two single beds and are at a price of 148 EUR. *Hotel Kraljicina Plaza:* it is located near to the meeting hotel and it is cheaper than Maestral; however, the ratings I found for this hotel are all negative (usually I look for hotel ratings at www.holidaycheck.de before booking a hotel; for this hotel the ratings are in german; an english version for finding hotel ratings is at www.holidaycheck.com). *Hotel Mediteran:* has good ratings. *Cheaper hotels:* there are also a couple of cheaper hotels in Budva or Becici. For example, the Hotel Iberostar Bellevue is a 4 star, newly renovated hotel (2 km to Budva town centre) but you need to book at least 4 nights; however, the price for a double room "single use" is 47,01 EUR per night including breakfast. The ratings for this hotel are good. More information at www.iberostar.com *TRANSPORTATION * For getting to hotel Maestral, in case you book another hotel, there is a (kind of) mini bus every half an hour from Budva to Przno and back; the price is 1 EUR per person. During the ESWC conference there will be a free shuttle bus from the hotels to Maestral at 8:00 and 8:30 and at 6:00 and 6:30 back to the hotels. For getting from the airport to the hotels, we do not know yet whether the ESWC organizers will provide us with a new application form for organizing this. I'll let you know as soon as I have any news on this. Hope my comments are useful. Regards from Munich, Paula
