Editors for Issues List and UC&R [Was Re: Call for editors]

Dear RIF WG participant,

We are reiterating our call for editors, specifically for the Issues 
List and the Use cases and Requirements document.

We would like to appoint the editors for these two documents on 
Thursday, if possible and especially if they attend the meeting, so they 
can start to ramp up on Friday.

But we have no candidate for the UC&R document (I mean, no volunteer 
candidate), and only one for the Issues List (and we would like to be 
able to consider co-editors, at least as a possibility).

Thanks to those who replied to my previous message on the subject: we 
now have a list of people who expressed their interest to edit a variety 
of WG documents. In principle, of course: firm commitments would not 
make much sense at this stage, for most documents.
