RIF news, draft

During the implementation phase of the Rule Interchange Format (RIF),
the Working Group discovered a problem with the design of the Production
Rules Dialect. This problem is addressed with a new Last Call Working
Draft [1] that changes the way actions are handled to more closely match
existing production rule engines. Please send comments and RIF
implementation reports [2] to public-rif-comments@w3.org.

Also, folks, please keep telling us how your implementations are coming!
One spot we're particularly missing right now is anyone reporting using
RIF and the OWL Direct Semantics together. There's a spec [3], and some
test cases [4] , but no one has reported trying it yet.
