Abstract

This module contains features to control panning and scrolling behavior with “snap positions”.  CSS is a language for describing the rendering of structured documents (such as HTML and XML) on screen, on paper, etc.

This document was published by the CSS Working Group as a Candidate Recommendation Snapshot. Publication as a Candidate Recommendation does not imply endorsement by the W3C Membership. A Candidate Recommendation Snapshot has received wide review and is intended to gather implementation experience. This document is intended to become a W3C Recommendation; it will remain a Candidate Recommendation at least until 11 May 2021 to gather additional feedback.
