Updated working draft, CSS Fonts 4

The CSS WG has published an updated Working Draft of the CSS Fonts
Module Level 4

     https://www.w3.org/TR/css-fonts-4/

Fonts 4 builds on Fonts 3 (downloadable fonts with @font-face, OpenType
features), adding support for Variable fonts and styling Color fonts.

We are particularly interested in feedback on Font Variation Properties:
   https://www.w3.org/TR/css-fonts/#font-variation-props

on changes to font-weight and font-stretch, which are extended to
support variable fonts:
   https://www.w3.org/TR/css-fonts/#font-weight-prop
   https://www.w3.org/TR/css-fonts/#font-stretch-prop

and on support for restyling Color fonts (overriding the colors baked
into the font):
   https://www.w3.org/TR/css-fonts/#color-font-support

Please note that some sections, shared with Fonts 3, are in the course
of being ported over. Inline issues are used to indicate where that has
not yet happened. We are also porting over the syntax sections to refer
to CSS Syntax 3 rather than CSS 2.1, and converting the spec from the
old source format to Bikeshed.

For clarity, there is a new section on Font Taxonomy:
   https://www.w3.org/TR/css-fonts/#font-taxonomy

Please review the draft, filing any issues in the GitHub repository at
   https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues
with a css-fonts-4 tag.

For the CSS WG,
Chris Lilley, W3C
