[in case anyone wonders] The Notifier code is in https://github.com/plehegar/transition-notifier As it indicates, it's a "quick 'n dirty publication notifier" since it relies on a clunky use of the old tr.rdf. The clean version should be able to rely on the W3C APIs (v1 in progress) and a hook system once those are in place. It will notify on this list if the draft is one of the following: - a WD and the SOTD contains the words "wide review" - a FPWD - a LCWD - a CR -- Philippe
