[ Bcc public-review-announce ] Marcos considers the Manifest for web application `feature complete` so this is a Request for Comments using the following ED as the basis: <http://w3c.github.io/manifest/> If you have any comments, please send them to public-webapps @ w3.org or file an issue via github <https://github.com/w3c/manifest/issues>. Marcos reports implementation of this spec is now happening in Chromium and Gecko and parts have shipped in Chrome.
