There are several inaccuracies in these postings; both about EME (e.g. 
that it is part of HTML5 - it is not!) as well as about the W3C patent 
policy.  Danny, given that you have close contacts with Amelia's office, 
I'm hopeful that you can help us correct the inaccuracies.
