I'm afraid I can't make it either. But I'm looking forward to the follow-up workshop on "EME, HTML5, and Global Warming". Surely with all of the hot air produced on this subject, not only the edifice of Western Legal Thought, but also the Polar Ice Caps are sorely threatened by these dire technological portents.
