User should be always has the last decision in everything what he's
involved, but on things that can harm them in a so serious way, I think
user shouldn't have to take this decission (more taking in account there
wouldn't be any alternatives and probably they'll accept without reading
it) and in fact we should protect him instead as a starndard comitee just
doing our best to prevent it.
