Interesting point, I like it... Only flaws I see is that it would require that also should be published the compilation environment to be sure that the generated blob is the same released two years ago and not a cleaned version, and also that in any case the bad would be done after all... Only thing is, that it would be used as an evidence on their bad tactics on a tribunal...
