Here are 2 first drafts about Restaurant ontology.

Restaurant.rdf is a small ontology to add information about Restaurant.
You should notice lots of stuff missing (like name or GPS coord), this 
is already covered by other vocabularies (foaf, geo).
We should open a wiki to detail them.

Food.rdf is a small taxonomy of Food Cuisine, based on Food Ontology 
from BBC. This taxonomy should be extended, for instance with more 
narrower terms.
Example, for Spanish cuisine:
  Andalusian
  Arrocería
  Basque
  Catalan
  Castilian
  Galician
  Murcian
  Navarrese
  Valencian
  Asturian
  Canarian
  Extremaduran
  Madrilenian
  Pyrenean
  Spanish North
