When using 'w' descriptors, the sizes attribute is now required (see https://github.com/ResponsiveImagesCG/picture-element/issues/253 ). Your chart seems to imply always using 'w' when having multiple srcset candidates (it would be clearer if it said so), although when the image is fixed with it might be better to use 'x' since it's simpler and more widely supported. (This path would skip the "Pick your image breakpoints" box.) The chart says "<size> attribute", i guess that should be "sizes attribute". "Does the image's width as a percentage of viewport width change?" - it doesn't have to be a percentage of the viewport. It can switch between a few fixed widths, or have a mix between fixed and fluid, or something else. From the "Art direction or resolution switching" diamonds there could be a third option "neither" which could point to a new diamond "Just point to your image LOL" -> "Done" :-) -- Simon Pieters Opera Software
