Title of the spec may cause heartache

Forgive me but I have have just joined the Responsive Image Group and don't
know how the email works ....

However,  whatever the browser is being used the image manipulation or
substitution depends on the DOM Tree.  If it does a prefetch I have noticed
that IE and FF hang.  So the rather odd solution was to omit the src and
late bind the src, width and height although this meant that image and
larger image had to specified.
