Hi All,
During TPAC we recorded two videos. The first discusses the potential application of having a truly declarative model for responsive images - it features Odin Hørthe Omdal, of Opera Software, and I:

The second video is the presentation Yoav Weiss and I gave to the HTML Working Group. The second part of the video contains a good QA session with folks representing various browser vendors (~27:00 minute mark). Unfortunately, I was not able to record the live demonstration of the Chromium build that Yoav gave, but we will try to make a separate video for that when we get time:

I would like to encourage people to at least watch the video with Odin. It's highly informative and helps explain some of the disconnect we've been experiencing with some of the folks over at the WHATWG/HTMLWG. However, I think we now have a common understanding of where we want to go and I think both communities are ready to make some good progress on this over the next few months.

Lastly, I've purchased a Vimeo Plus account for the group. If you have done a presentation on the subject of responsive images or have something you want to contribute, let me know and we can put it up online.

I would like to again thank everyone who has contributed their time to creating demos, setting up the website, and generally helping out wherever possible! If you would like to get involved, but don't know where to start, just give either Wilto or I a shout. Otherwise, check out:

Kind regards,

Marcos Caceres
