Has anyone a JSDoc as RDF template?

For something I'm working on at the moment* there would be fairly immediate
value in having a description of the code. Don't Repeat Yourself suggests a
rendition of the material that makes its way to JSDocs [1] as, say, Turtle.
It does seem quite an obvious must-have generally, surely someone has done
it already..?
(Failing that, my poor todo lists...).
