HTML+RDFa profile parameter for Content Negotiation?

Hello,

Does profile exist which one could use to Content Negotiate for HTML+RDFa?

* https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6906
* https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7284

I think it would allow possibility to clearly request RDFa, Microdata,
Microformats or whatever other ways people come up with to embed
structured data in HTML.
