I've written a quick patch to enable RDFa on MediaWiki. http://buzzword.org.uk/2009/mediawiki-patches/xhtml-rdfa.patch It doesn't do anything to specifically help people add RDFa to MediaWiki, but rather prevents MediaWiki from doing things that are actively hostile to RDFa (e.g. stripping out RDFa's attributes). It doesn't change MediaWiki's doctype - you'll need to edit the skin for that. Also, a couple of slightly related extensions: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:HTML_Profiles - allows people to add URIs to <head profile>. By default, adds http://www.w3.org/ 1999/xhtml/vocab. http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Link_Attributes - allows rel and rev to be set on links.
