Telecon next week

Heads up... we need to have a telecon next week to move the HTML5+RDFa
1.1 spec forward as well as publish the remaining PRs for the group. The
long hiatus was due to waiting for W3C Management to get back to us on
the "how to properly reference non-REC specs in a REC spec" question. We
haven't received an answer yet and we don't believe that we're going to
get one that works with our schedule.

So, we're going to go ahead with the approach of doing an HTML5+RDFa 1.1
REC, putting this group into hibernation, and then coming out of
hibernation when the dependent specs go to REC.

I'll send out an Agenda before next Thursday. For those that need to do
PER edits (Shane, Ivan, myself). We will want to make sure that we know
what all of those edits are before the call next Thursday. Preferably,
we'd have all of those edits in place before the telecon. Please let me
know if that is an unrealistic timeframe.
