(Having just had a chat with Ralph...) We decided that a processor may issue a warning if a prefix redefines one that is in the initial context. But we may want to go a little bit further: if, at any point, a prefix redefines one that is already in scope, a warning should be issued, too. Ie, that situation should not be restricted to the initial context case. I think that would be a useful extension of our resolution.
