RDFa Primer new version

Manu,

I have taken the liberty (and in agreement with Steven who might join in to the afford at some point) and made some updates on the RDFa Primer[1] and made a new version. I have updated Ben's version to make it closer to RDFa 1.1 and, I think, it is in a fairly good shape. I actually think it is in a shape that we could also publish it is a FPWD, maybe in conjunction with the RDFa Core 1.1 LCWD. I am sure that it will need lots of additional thoughts, but it would send a good message...
