Update and maybe the reason.... Re: Test harness bugs...

The default setting uses digital bazaar sparql endpoint. This created some strange failed tests for me which I could not explain. Because I trust sparqlr as being a very reliable sparql endpoint, I changed my run for that one, and those oddities indeed went away. Also... some of the python exceptions were also gone but not all. With sparqlr one gets python exceptions for the tests #140, #195, and #198...
