Last Call Response to Issue 72: XML+RDFa

Thanks for your Last Call comment suggesting that we integrate a basic 
XML+RDFa profile.  The working group debated the concept, and has 
integrated an XML+RDFa document type and profile into RDFa Core 1.1.
