Just a quick reminder that we're nearing that time of the year where telecon times change and tend to confuse everybody. US times will stay the same, the rest of the world will move 1 hour relative to the US time. The time change information is below: ---------------------- From: Coralie Mercier Semi-annual reminder of the upcoming start of Daylight Saving Time, which will start in a few days. http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2011a.html Most of the US and Canada will be moving theirs clocks forward on Sunday March 13 2011. This is two weeks earlier than Europe. Most European clocks will move 1 hour relative to UTC on Sunday March 27 2011. Between March 13 and March 27, the time difference between US and Europe will be 1 hour less than it currently is. Most Zakim teleconference times are based on the US clocks. Therefore, unless groups have sent specific requests to base their teleconference times on some other timezone or to change your teleconference times for this period, most folks outside the US will need to join teleconferences *one hour earlier* between 13 March and 27 March. The time links in each date of the teleconference calendar [1] confirm the time that Zakim has been instructed to start the teleconference. If you are unsure about the scheduled time of any teleconference, check the UTC (Z) link above the teleconference name on the specific date of that teleconference; e.g. [2]. If you require any changes to individual teleconference times, please be sure to give adminreq sufficient notice [3].
