Sadly, no.  If you are using a browser other than IE, you can do the 
following:

1. go to http://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/sources/xhtml-rdfa/Overview-src.html
2. press ctrl-alt-shift-s
3. select diffmark to see a diff marked version.  Examples don't diff 
mark correctly, but it is otherwise useful.

The same thing will work for RDFa-core
