Yes, definitely. I think we're all on the same page here, and the plan is that the document is going to gradually 'stretch' so that the first part gets easier and easier, with all the detail save for the last section (aimed at implementers). I say 'first and last' rather than 'first and second', because there may be an argument for having another section, aimed at the more experienced JavaScript programmer. But that will hopefully be answered naturally, as the document progresses, and we decide on an ongoing basis whether something is too complex for a beginner.
