SPARQL Query reference

Peter, Pat, Eric, Gavin, Andy,

Semantics, Turtle and TriG all have a reference to the SPARQL Query 
document of 2008:

Shouldn't this be updated to refer to the 2013 version [[sparql11-query]]?
