TriG Resolution

Hi Richard,

At the RDF WG telecon today, we:
  RESOLVED to publish https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/raw-file/5719c55e71be/trig/index.html as FPWD for RDF TriG

This decision will appear in the minutes:
  http://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg/meeting/2013-01-30

We did this because this was the last telecon in our chartered time (the extension request is still in progress), and we wish to move as many documents forward as possible to facilitate our extension request.  Also, the time had probably come to move this document into a public draft since the WG has taken decisions related to it.  Otherwise, we risk not having any public document that handles datasets.

Do you object to this decision?  I hope not, but wanted to call it out in order to give you the chance to do so if you wish.
