Intent to close ISSUE-204

Both the syntax and the API spec have been updated to include the new
"@type: @vocab" type-coercion feature. Furthermore, quite a number of test
cases has been added. Unless I hear objections, I will therefore proceed and
close ISSUE-204 [1] in 24 hours.
