RDF-ISSUE-118 (Simplifying datatypes): Simplifying datatype semantics [RDF Semantics] http://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg/track/issues/118 Raised by: Patrick Hayes On product: RDF Semantics The current draft of Semantics has a modification to the definition of D-interpretations which changes the definition of D from being a datatype map (see https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/raw-file/default/rdf-concepts/index.html#datatype-maps ) to D being simply a set of datatype IRIs. This simplification makes the semantics easier to state, and to understand and work with. It does not materially change any entailments. But if we decide to adopt it, it will need some textual changes to Concepts.
