"What's New in RDF 1.1" Note Validates for Pubrules

Hi Guus,

The "What's New in RDF 1.1” Note draft [1] is ready to go to FPWD.  Responses from the three reviewers have been addressed [2] and the document validates on the W3C publication validation tool [3].

The resolution to publish this Note as FPWD is at [4].
