Obviously, I can't guarantee a final [RESOLVED]. Is there anything else I need to do other than that for a draft to handle over for the W3C process? Final formatting (= setting the respec status, SOTD and freezing HTML) is part of the publication process after completion of the editor final version as I understand it. Andy
