According to last week's minutes (I wasn't there), the test suite should be mirrored to <http://www.w3.org/2013/TurtleCRtests/>, but that hasn't happened yet, apparently. They are in Mercurial at <https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/file/default/rdf-turtle/tests-ttl>, and will be tagged at some point, so they don't change.
