ACTION-56 my review on SPARQL 1.1 Graph Store HTTP Protocol

Hi all,

as per my action item, I reviewed [1] on behalf of the working group. I
attach my comment below.

I thought my action was about that single document, but then the label
of the action seems to imply that I have to review *all* the SPARQL
documents in LC?
