I made some minor formatting changes.

All, please note that if you are addressing an IRC comment to another
participant, you should not begin it with that person's name and a colon or
it will erroneously show up in the minutes attributed to that person with a
scribe assist from you. Use a comma instead.

CORRECT:
AlexHall, you are out of your mind.
(You're telling me that I'm out of my mind.)

INCORRECT:
AlexHall: you are out of your mind.
(You're transcribing that I told somebody else they're out of their mind.)
