I opened the document earlier this afternoon (about 5 hours ago) and had the same problems as Peter (no section number, an error in a red rectangle on the top right corner). Now it is working properly. Something must have changed in between but not from my side. I'm using Firefox 3.16.7, no Firebug extension.
