First Editor's Draft of RDF/JSON Document

I have committed a first editor's draft at:

http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/raw-file/default/rdf-json/index.html

This should be enough for discussion at the upcoming TC

It is based heavily on the Talis specification at
http://docs.api.talis.com/platform-api/output-types/rdf-json. I have
expanded the serialization algorithm a bit to make it more specific. I've
also added a proposed media type registration section for
application/rdf+json.
