I might suggest IntermittentRelationship or ImpermanentRelationship,
which should probably be considered the implicit class of all
Relationships defined to date, until & unless they are explicitly
classed as PerpetualRelationships, because care was not taken in
determining whether this type applied, because it didn't yet exist ...
Mutable / Immutable, and Changeable / Unchangeable also occur to me.
