I'm not sure there's a problem with it. I observe https://www.w3.org/TR/owl2-conformance/#References has: 7 References [Contributed Test Cases] Public Test Case Repository <http://owl.semanticweb.org/page/OWL_2_Test_Cases>. which is http://owl.semanticweb.org/page/OWL_2_Test_Cases However, I also think it'd be fine to change.
