SPARQL definitions for constraint components

Some constraint components have two SPARQL definitions, one for shapes and one
for property constraints. Other constraint components have only one SPARQL
definition that works in all cases. A few constraint components, however,
have only a SPARQL definition that works for property constraints.

As all constraint components can now be used directly in shapes this last
group of constraint components should have a SPARQL definition that works for
shapes.
