New SHACL draft published

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce that the RDF Shapes WG has published an updated 
draft of the SHACL specification which is available in W3C's TR space:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2016/WD-shacl-20160530/

While still incomplete I hope you will find that this update represents an 
improvement over the previous draft.
As always the WG welcomes any feedback sent to this list.
