SHACL Use Cases and Requirements FPWD

I'm happy to report that the RDF Data Shapes WG has published the First 
Public Working Draft of the SHACL Use Cases and Requirements is out.
Non WG members should send their comments to this list 
(public-rdf-shapes@w3.org).
