The 3.1 release as made at the end of 2019, and there have been some nice updates since. All gems related to 3.2 now have a minimum Ruby version of 2.6 (the last supported release of MRI Ruby) and work up through Ruby 3.1.

It’s also now possible to turn a compiled SPAQL query back into the SPARQL Grammar (at least, in most cases).

Most relevant changes are summarized in the linkeddata 3.2.0 release notes [1].
